Do you guarantee my media will not be lost or damaged in shipping?
No. Storymix Media cannot ensure shipping because we do not control how the media has been packaged nor do we control the actual shipping process. It's easy to re-use the box and foam packaging to re-send cameras. If you keep a camera for your honeymoon, use of a national shipping company with a tracking number is recommended - follow their instructions for packaging and you’ll have no problems. We ship all critical material with UPS or FedEx.
